I think photos is a good place to start for the novice and the expert alike.
The novice because photos are a handy classroom prop/tool. Document an excursion. Photos for portfolios. Photos to show a procedure.
The expert because they too often ‘let go’ of simple tech ideas in the pursuit of more challenging applications. But honestly, how can your budget afford The Adobe suite of apps?
So, digital photos. What cab you do with them?
